Keep source and redistribution evidence with the release archive. A local file being present is not proof that it may be redistributed in a commercial marketplace item.

Analytics, commerce and logistics map SVGs plus generic CRM channel badges are project-created interface assets.
Recorded product-photo sources
The source register records these Pexels photo IDs/creators. Verify current redistribution terms at release and retain evidence. See the Pexels License .

Real Estate & Construction image release gate
The current source asset register does not yet treat the Real Estate and Construction photography as redistribution-cleared. Replace those files with properly licensed/project-created assets or retain the required redistribution evidence before submission.

- Use media you own or are licensed to use.
- Keep third-party licenses/receipts with your project records.
- Do not place production secrets or private customer media in the sample source.
